When I first opened my 3G S I noticed right away how much more blue and less yellow the images were than my iPhone 3G. So I was surprised to read a lot of reports that many people were experiencing the opposite (I know Apple stated they did this intentionally to make the colors "warmer".)

Here's a YouTube video I made comparing the two side by side on the same wifi network at the same screen brightness. The 3G S is on the left and the 3G is on the right. The camera seems to embellish the yellow-ness of the iPhone 3G to some extent (the difference is less dramatic in real life).

So can we put the idea that all iPhone 3G S' have defective/washed out/extremely yellow screens to rest?

Thank you :)
