7300 v. x1900

Ok i know that the x1900 will give me better performance than the 2x 7300 but I would just like to know what the difference (in numbers) would be. I tried searching for reviews of both of them but couldn't find any for in a Mac.

I'd also like to know how much better a 7300 GT would perform instead of an X1600 Pro (this would mostly be for gaming and video). Thanks a lot.
