SBSettings Menu Bar Date Format?

While I like the option to have the date in the menubar, I am not crazy about the "6/25 - 7:09" format. Does anyone know how to customize it to display day of the week, or AM/PM?

I don't think that's possible. That feature has only been available for about a month from sbs.
