Alcoa couldn't supply enough for this wacko. Would love to be in the court room when the case is heard and of course, thrown out.

Sounds like the dude just lost it. He needs help. Unfortunately, reporting about it may make it difficult if he gets the help he needs, because he'll have this stigma forever.
the lawsuit itsef is hilarious but you have to feel sorry for the poor guy that filed it - he clearly has some mental issues that need to be dealt with.
You know, I understand there are crazy people out there, and I honestly feel bad for the guy. He probably, honestly, truly, BELIEVES this in his head. What scares me is that there is a lawyer that put the lawsuit together. I mean honestly....what the hell?
