Do some of these design decisions bug you?

First, keeping the aqua scroll bar while changing the iTunes to one of mottled gray.

Now, right clicking on the dock causes a translucent black menu to appear, while clicking anywhere else brings up the number white menu.

Does this bug anyone else? I think Apple aims for unity in their product lines, but these two points don't make much sense at all.

In Leopard, I changed the scroll bar to match iTunes, but now it seems the resource I downloaded it from is gone. Sigh.

It's a matter of consistency. Plus, aqua is ugly, childish, and outdated. If you have no interest in debating the finer details of design, then I'd appreciate you not contributing.

I wasn't a huge fan of the evaporation progress bars but the simple iTunes one is appreciated.

We've got SL running on a machine here at work, and yes, it's very insignificant, but the different menus are a bit irritating. Mainly because the black menu looks so nice and the white one...not so much. But oh well.

The black menus are probably meant to tie in more with the new Expose look... I'm pretty sure this new look we're seeing with the Dock, Expose, Quicklook, Coverflow, inspector panels... etcetera are indicative of what that Marble interface would've looked like.

As the OP probably recalls, as a fellow GUI-nazi, it took Apple until 10.4 to update the scroll bars to match the flattened look that came with 10.2. Apple is sorta lazy when it comes to unifying the OS's UI.

Its been the way for a while - that iTunes has different style in some ways to the OS. I'd imagine it'll move their eventually, it's just being done as a gradual thing. Maybe the Tablet will have a full version of the matt black look.
