Okay... this is fricken ruining my life since I've had it.

Starting on Thursday, everything, absolutely EVERYTHING I eat makes me feel like I have to throw up, and sometimes I do. I seriously need help with this. This isn't on purpose. It started on Thursday after I was hanging out with my friends and ate at Burger King and it was really disgusting so I threw up but I didn't let them know, so it might be mental, but I am totally confused. Any ideas?

I've already set up a date, I just want to hear some possible suggestions.

I don't feel crappy when I don't eat, only when I do.

It could be medicaladviceonthenetismakingmepuke ... but my thoughts are that you should see a doctor as I only play one on the web.

Food poisoning happens within eight hours of eating. It isn't justing throwing up.. you'll have a high fever and the runs and completely black out a day and a half of your life.

What you're describing sounds like it can only be the final stages of stomach cancer. Can I have your Mac?

No I haven't gone to the state fair.

And I am a 16 year old male who has suffered years of anxiety which makes it possible it's a mental problem but I honestly have never felt bad or uncomfortable by eating in front of people.

OK, I laughed at that last bit.

When I had food poisoning, I WISHED I had blacked out. Come to think of it, I did pass out after it was over, since I hadn't slept in a couple of days. Geesh. I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

Whew, that's bad. Have you lost any weight?

Yeah like 2 pounds since Thursday. I seriously have had MAYBE 500 calories a day. It really sucks.

your area postrema is doing its duty.

see a doctor if it does not resolve within the next two days. Attempt to drink fluids, as dehydration can worsen your symptoms. Clear fluids are best.

Anxiety can be crippling. Do not hesitate to bring it up to your care provider. A frank discussion begets solutions faster than avoidance.

Food poisoning doesn't last that long. Viruses do. If not that...
Gall Bladder would be my guess. But it's a guess, and these symptoms SCREAM "SEE A DOCTOR YESTERDAY".
SO? What are you waiting for? Get the hell in the car.
NOW.

I am a 22 year old with anxiety i sometimes feel sick after eating, specially around a lot of people.

But drink plenty of water, what ever it is drinking the water will hopefully flush it out.

Call me crazy but I think seeing a doctor is better then asking medical advice on an internet forum.

Man I wish I could puke after each meal if consumed in front of people. I'd eat in a restaurant every day and hardly gain a pound!

Typhoid? When I had typhoid, I was throwing up whatever I ate. I even threw up after drinking a glass of water. I had to be hooked up to a drip.

Anyway, go visit a doctor.

I believe the ancient Romans used to do that. Come to think of it, so do modern bulimics.

Seriously. Get on a plane and go to a time zone that's ****ing YESTERDAY. See a doctor.

Your teeth would get messed up. It's really not that hard to make yourself throw up. Wouldn't recommend it, though.
