iPhone Holder not Case.

I recently purchased an iPhone 3G S and I am currently looking for something to hold the iPhone. I will be applying bodyguardz and have enjoyed carrying around my iPod touch without a case and I'd like to do the same with the iPhone yet I would like to have it enclosed. I like the corsa designer case (pouch?) for the iphone but I don't want something leather. I have been searching on google and have found some odd holders like a water proof case for the iphone. I don't think i'd ever take my iphone underwater or even trust something to protect it under water...

It's a phone, not a laptop.

Putting it in a storage case defeats the purpose of having it as a cell phone


If you are traveling with it, why not use the original box it came in ?

That would definitely hurt in the wood case... But is there a reason not to put it in the wood case other than personal preference?

Seriously? This seems kind of silly. Zero access to buttons/ports, you probably couldn't even hear it ring inside this thing. I don't get it.
