7950 Mac ed in Mac Pro 3,1 10.9.2 issue

Since I updated my Mac Pro to 10.9.2 my 7950 is reporting pcie lane width as x8 instead of the 16x that was reported prior.

Any one have any clues? I've reset the SMC and Pram...

I have a Mac Pro 3,1 that I recently added a Mac Edition 7950 to. System Report says x16 width in slot-1. I don't have any other PCI cards, though.
