shows its charged at 99% is that normal? its a 2 day old macbook pro... been plugged in all that... shouldnt it show 100%
 
If you plug your Mac in when the battery is anywhere between a 95% and 100% charge, it doesn't charge it further. This is to save wear and tear on your battery. It's normal.

If it *really* bothers you, unplug your Mac, use it on battery for a few until it gets to 94%, then plug it in.
 
cool... doesnt bother me, i was just curious, good to know this little piece of info
 
Yea it's fine

I'm never at 100% unless it's been running on battery for a while and then recharged.
