I run a small business where I always give my clients the finished work on a DVD. I have been using 7mm Slim DVD cases, but have been thinking that some may find the slim dvd cases as cheap feeling.

What are your thoughts on slim dvd cases vs regular?

Not an answer per-se, a suggestion really...

Depending on the number of customers, amount & size of data involved, you might consider providing your data on a thumb drive. USB 2 thumb drives are quite inexpensive (especially with the advent of USB 3), and are more convenient as some customers may no longer have DVD drives. And, if a good impression maters, your name can be printed on the device. Well, you get the idea...

Somehow I feel like the DVD isn't the real "product" here, it's the info on the DVD. As long as it gets delivered in a reliable medium (DVD, USB drive, etc.) I don't think it really matters.

Thanks everyone for the responses. Everyone was right in their own way.
