8.0.2 still inconsistent wifi

I have reset network settings after upgrading to 8.0.2 through itunes. Wifi speed test shows extremely limited throughput strength relative to maximum line bandwidth.

Most recent is showing 7/9 on a 90/90 connection.

What brand router are you connecting to and which freq ? 2.4 or 5.0 ghz

It's better than it was but still not 100% although my speedtest is really good.

I am having problems with my Asus RT-N66U, but as long as I go into airport mode and enable wifi (i.e., cellular is disabled) it is back to working well.
