8.1.3 photos mixed and matched

I upgraded my iPad 4 to 8.1.3 and now my photos are divided into albums I never set up. When I save a photo from my email it does not save in my photo roll it saves it to an album and I have to search for it.
I did not set these photo albums this way and was happy how my photo were saved prior to iOS 8.1.3. I can't figure out how to combine the photo albums so that I may open one and there are my pictures in the order taken or saved from an email.
Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I don't use iCloud for photos. I am using 8.1.3 and noticed the change in photos after upgrading about a week ago.

8.1.3 does not do that for me. can you resync from iTunes.

i don't know enough on this, being somewhat new. can you re-install 8.1.3 or earlier?
 
If you turned off summarize and like the results I have to wonder if you're looking at the photos tab or the Albums tab. Sounds like photos and what its doing is dividing the photos not into folders but into places or times or whatever. Your folders are stored in albums.

Look along the bottom there and pick the option on the right.
 
I noticed it first when I saved a picture from an email then went to look at it and it was not there in my photo option. I have almost always looked at my pictures from the photos option. So when I looked at my "photos" the picture that I saved was not there so I saved it a few more times and it was not there. Well I had several of the pictures I was saving on the camera roll in the albums option.

I think I will live through this on.... Thanks all for your help

The photos tab organizes it by location and date. The "cameral roll"/"all photos" just organizes it by when the photo was added.
