8.2 Health App and Any Pedometer App Not Working

I had 8.1.3 on my AT&T 5S and it was tracking steps fine but when I updated to 8.2, it stopped tracking steps in the Health app and any other third party pedometer app. It was able to track some steps when I reset network settings or restore the device though.

Anyone else seeing this issue or have any idea on how to resolve?
