8.3 build 12F5047f Feedback assistant not appeared

Hi,

I just installed 12F5047f (which it says is Beta 1 but I understand it's the same build as beta 3 - confusing) . . . Only problem is that it said feedback assistant should be installed but I don't see it . . . does anyone please know how to install feedback assistant? or where I can find it if it's already there . . . Many Thanks

The name of the download is meaningless.
Use the build ID number.

The app's not on mine, doing a search only returns links and other things with the word feedback in, no app . . . how strange . . .

Developer beta vs public beta?

I have installed the same build which is labeled as beta 3 from the developer portal and there is no feedback app

I believe that it only shows on Public Beta devices...it isn't on my developer beta. I don't know how that is implemented if they are the same build. Maybe an iCloud ID check if you're AppleSeed or not?
