8.3 not live updating Smart Playlists

Hi,

I have a pretty simple smart playlist on iOS (both iPad and iPhone).

The Smart Playlist is:-

Under iOS 8.2 when I played a song on my iPad it would rotate off the playlist (because it no longer met the criteria of least recently played) and was replaced by a new one.

As soon as I updated to 8.3 it stopped live updating the playlist. Any thoughts or suggestions how to fix it? Have you encountered a problem with live updates? What if you try these specific rules?

Well... I have discovered that by force closing the Music app and then re-opening it does update the Smart Playlist.

However as I was playing around scrubbing through to the end of songs to see if they would rotate off the playlist some did and some didn't. It's completely inconsistent, I can only assume this is a bug.

I tried an erase and restore (from iCloud) and it didn't help.
