Noticed this very weird occurrence. I've restarted Apple Watch to see if it'll clear and it's still telling me I've completed my stand for a couple hours in the future. Anyone know what's up?

8:30am, Apple Watch telling me I've completed stand for 8pm and 9pm

no change.. still says i stood in the future. it's been wonky all day, rings were all at 0 even though in the details i clearly was active throughout the day and i wasn't getting notification to stand. argh.. hopefully it'll be ok tomorrow.
