It's not showing up in iTunes for me. iTunes still reports 8.3 as the latest. I'm currently running 8.2 on my iPhone 6

Same issue here. I generally like to do updates through iTunes but I suppose I'll have to do it OTA this time.

Didn't even see how much it was for my iPhone. Took quite a while to confirm the update, but it seems to be underway now (already seeing the Apple logo, but no progress).
