800x600 Display!

I need help to hack the system files for my iBook to display 1024x768 display.

Anyone know how?

I'm running 10.3.9

And the highest it says "it can" go is 800x600

Then the highest it can go is 800x600. If the display doesn't support 1024x768, there's nothing you can do about it.

What model do you have?

The panel itself is limited to 800x600, you'd need to transplant in a 10x7 display from a later iBook in order to do so.

If it's a clamshell Ibook, then yes, the maximum resolution is 800x600, because that is the native resolution of the panel.
