Are any problems anticipated with any of the 802.11ac Routers (Apple or other brands) Prior to Finalization of the 802.11ac IEEE Standard? Could updates to the final standard (whatever they may be) all be included in a firmware update or is everyone who is buying 801.11ac routers going out on a limb and "hoping" that any changes to the standard can be addressed with firmware updates and not with hardware updates? The reason I'm asking this is that my old 802.11g router has been acting wonky the last few weeks and I need to replace it soon.

Any advice or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

You will be fine. Any tweaks at this point can be addressed through firmware updates. We went through this same thin when N came out and it went well.
