Cydia error message

I keep seeing this each time I refresh sources.

I see the URL http://iphone.orh/hk/apt/ mentioned.

That was a source I only had installed for a few minutes, and then I removed it. Anyone know why it remembers it and is trying to download something from it? How do I fix it?

Try rebooting the phone, if it still persists, then after Cydia loads, then hit the reload button.

If it still persists, you will have to SSH into the Cydia folder and edit the pList.

I have been having issues throughout the day.

I just got cydia to load without timing out.

I see a sections.plist and an info.plist but neither mention sources. There's a sources folder but I see nothing but PNGs.

Get rid of troublesome Cydia source

Remove Cydia Sources through SSH

If you added a source that causes Cydia to crash, this is the thread for you. This will help you remove the buggy source you added.

You will need an ftp/sftp client. [WinSCP for Windows/Cyberduck for Mac]

1. SSH into your iPhone/iPod, hopefully you know how to do that.

2. Go to the root of your iPhone/iPod [/].

3. Navigate to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list

4. Download the Cydia.list to your computer and open it using any text editor.

5. Delete the source you added. For example, "deb http://www.iphone.org.hk/apt/ ./" if this is the source you want to delete, simply delete that one line. NOT THE WHOLE DOCUMENT. Make sure you save the document as is. We are NOT adding any extensions.

6. Drag the saved document into the sources.list.d folder and replace the file.

7. Re-spring.

You should still be able to install it. By the way, just edit the file:

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list

directly on the phone. Use iFile if you have it. Just delete the offending repo.

If you haven't added any "custom" source, them that file won't be there, that file is created when you add the manually add the first source. Bigboss is a stock source.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure I've added some sources (I can see them in repository folder, right?) but there are so many errors... Ok, I'll try to screencapture this.
