80G iPod Case (that fits Monster FM Transmitter?)

I'm looking for a case -- any case -- that fits the 80G video iPod. Any and all suggestions for your favs are welcome, but ideally I'd like something that has enough room at the bottom so the Monster FM transmitter can plug in while the iPod is in the case in the car. The standard cable will fit through the bottom of many cases, but slightly larger cables often don't work. Recommendations anyone??
