How will this computer preform on the tasks listed below. The specs are at the bottom:

Web Surfing.
Writing on the Triond website.
General stuff... Doc writing...

And how much battery time will it give me?

It'll perform perfectly for those simple tasks. It's definitely more than powerful. And you should get between 6 and 8 hours of battery life.
