Wow. Yours is so much better. I have mine configured same with yours (160gb intel Gen 2) but I have 8gb ram and this is the result.

Anyone know what is the problem with mine? Is this because of the lack of TRIM support under SL?

This is mine after the latest firmware upgrade (the one that got pulled by Intel and enables TRIM under Windows 7):

How can I download the firmware ? Intel doesn't have it on their site.

I'm assuming highe the results score, better it is ?

fehhkk, i did install the same firmware update that you mentioned but do you have any idea why mine doesn't even stack up with yours? Does mine slowing down because of the lack of TRIM?
What did you do to your SSD? Just firmware update?

FarSeide, Yes, Intel pulled off the firmware update after just 3 days after it released. I have the firmware, PM me your email so I can send it to you. Its less than 5 MB.

Here is mine. As expected it completely destroys the Samsung 256GB random benchmark but for some reason, with the exact same drive image, the boot time on my wifes 2.4GHz with the Samsung (36s) is faster than on my 2.66GHz with the Intel G2 (40s). Mine posts and gets to the apple sooner but then takes a longer time to load.

XBench is highly inaccurate, it just gives you a wide spread of scores. Running it once doesn't cut it. My highest score was probably a 291. My lowest is around 208. Normal scores are 240-270.

Is that score what you normally get? Don't take your first result as a grain of salt, run it a couple times (with all applications in the background closed), and take your average reading.

The "banned" firmware upgrade definitely did speed up things a little bit. Before the firmware upgrade, I was getting 200-220s average. Now Im getting 250-270s, but OSX still doesn't have TRIM support for SSDs. The firmware sped up things due to changes to their read/write algorithms, but not because of TRIM.

I dont understand why my score is so low even with the latest firmware. I ran this last test after closing out all the apps and a reboot. It reaches no where near fehhkk's score...

You scored a 246. That's perfectly fine.

Here's another one, which is pretty much the average disk score I get. Prior to this, it scored a 250. Your results are pretty much within the limits. If you were scoring under 200 consistently, now I would consider that an issue.
