The deli/diner at Costco makes this chicken bake thing that is really good. It's kind of like a Calzone stuffed with chunks of chicken, crumbled bacon, melted chesse, and a parmesan or ceaser type dressing. 🙂

Our Costco has them too, Chicken Bakes right? You can buy them frozen at ours too but they're never the same when cooked.
