Hi Guys,
I will keep this short and simple.

Download Coconut Battery and post your stats. 🙂Capacity only.🙂
It would be helpful if they are all posted in the same way.
Here goes mine:

MACBOOK AIR - REV A 80GB HDD
Current: 4651 mAh
Original: 5090 mAh

LOSS OF: 9% Performance

Load Cycles: 186
Age of Mac: 20 Months

Can anyone comment on these stats and/or post their own?

Macbook Air rev.B 1.6GHz HDD

Current Battery Capacity: 4833mAh
Original Battery Capacity: 5090mAh
Health: 94%

Battery-loadcycles: 75
Age of your Mac: 12mths


It looks like the battery is quite good at keeping itself in good condition,
and that translates SL really does chew more battery, resulting in comparatively lesser battery endurance🙄

I think I have one of the highest cycles in such short time... man, I do use my battery a lot. Furthermore, it's nice to see how many Rev A owners are around...

All batteries are not created equal. It is very possible to be above the designed capacity.

My battery has apparently gotten better with age 😛 maybe its because I use the battery so infrequently? I use my MacBook as a desktop most of the time.

Still good for 4-4.5 hours with 1/4 brightness or so browsing the web/note taking in class on Word.

Funny it says the Mac is 24 months when the coconutIdentityCard application says it was made in february... one week before I've bought it.

Is it just me or isn't my current capacity kind of low given the few cycles and only 10 months?

Nope, it's normal. The less you use it doesn't mean you'll automatically get more current capacity.

Cycles: 61.
Age: 8 Months.

Not bad I s'pose.

Batteries are made a bit earlier, and then they are but into the mac when it is assembled… 😉

guess you did never calibrate your battery 😉 that would allow to show the truth and it would be not that good i guess
