Trash and Empting Trash

I have a little issue with the trash, when ever I trash something it automatically empty the trash but before it was empty completely it display a massage.

I know normally if you want to trash something, all you have to do is press "⌘ + Delete". To empty trash you press "Option + ⌘ + Delete" But now when I press "⌘ + Delete" it display the massage as you see below.

How do I fixed it or have it go back to normal state? Please Help.

It's normal for Mac OS X to ask for confirmation. To disable it, go to Finder -> Preferences -> something -> Display warning before emptying trash.

I gone through the " Finder > Perferences > Advanced > " but no option to disable the "deleted immediately."

Oh, I see. I didn't read your question carefully enough.

Are you deleting files from your system partition (Macintosh HD), or from another drive/partition/network device? Or does that not matter?

I have only seen that message when deleting files from a connected server. Deleting files from the local Mac shouldn't display that message.

try restarting your mac,see if that helps

Can you give us the output of the command below (open a terminal to run it)...

ls -alR ~/.Trash

A reboot has no such affect for me, unfortunately.

I typed the command "ls -alR ~/.Trash" into Terminal and it said access denied, so I prefixed it with the "sudo" command and it gave me this:

macmini:~ administrator$ sudo ls -alR ~/.Trash
total 0
drwx------   3 root     staff  102 Nov  8 20:50 .
drwxr-xr-x  25 501      staff  850 Nov  8 20:49 ..
drwxr-xr-x   2 administrator  staff   68 Nov  8 20:49 untitled folder

/Users/administrator/.Trash/untitled folder:

drwxr-xr-x  2 administrator  staff   68 Nov  8 20:49 .
drwx------  3 root     staff  102 Nov  8 20:50 ..

Can someone help me please?
