My Macbook Pro has died again, this time I haven't the slightest idea why. I updated to 10.5.6 last night could have been reason. Probably wasn't such a good idea, but putting an update on my computer that could improve it's performance? How could I resist?

Before that, my computer was having trouble with graphics that were normally very easy for it to handle, for example, World of Warcraft. Those graphics should have been no problem for it. Instead of getting the 50-55 FPS that I usually do, I was only getting a meager 15-20 FPS. Which is weird, so it has to be the that the Geforce 8600M GT inside has crapped out on me.

The link here seems to suggest that.. So, I'm gonna go to the Apple Store and hopefully it'll be repaired, hopefully they do not screw me.

That just sucks

What is your computers birthday? It's good (not really) to know for all of us that live with these 8600's in our expensive laptops.
