I think Tosh is funny as hell, but is this a real iPad? He shows it destroyed- it this a fake model of an iPad?

It's obviously fake. The Apple logo on the destroyed "iPad" at the end isn't in the right orientation. Not to mention that there would be no Apple logo once the back case was destroyed since it is just a part of the outer surface.

His point is that comedy is getting dumber and less funny. I'd have to agree. Tosh has some funny jokes (if you like the uncomfortable laughter genre) but his show is idiotic.
