Remapping the CMD Key to CNTRL key in Win7?

Is it possible to remap the Command key on the mac to function as the control key in Windows 7?

The keyboard shortcuts utilizing the standard Control key in Windows is flimsy and awkward as it requires repositioning your entire left hand to activate any shortcuts.

I really would prefer to substitute the command key for the control key instead of it being the Windows Start Menu key.

I'm using a Macally keyboard if that makes any difference.

It's just Windows. Any key remapper should work.
