Refurbished MBPs Ship From?

Hi Guys and Gals,

I wanted to see if anyone has an idea where refurbished MBPs ship from? Are refurbished units usually stored at regional warehouses, or do they generally ship from Apple's California warehouse?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

April '09 had a 13.3 MacBook (aluminum unibody) ship from Sacramento, CA
August '09 had a 13.3 MacBook Pro ship from Lewisberry, PA

I'm in Michigan so, the PA location is the closer of the two. I don't know if Apple has any other locations here in the states as these two are the only two I've ever had dealings with.

Thanks for the response. So it seems like a mixed bag. I am in MA so I am hoping that it actually ships from the Lewisberry, PA location since it would get to me a little quicker.

Not a MBP, but my refurb 27 imac came from Rancho Cordova, CA, near Sacramento.

My refurb monitor shipped from "Ingram Micro" in the Pennsylvania location mentioned above.

When I ordered my 24" ACD it was sent from Middletown, PA.

My friends 15" MBP that he ordered in received in November shipped from California. And we are in CT, really I guess it is luck of the draw.

My refurb macbook pro came from PA. I live in Atlanta.

What's interesting is that when I ordered it is said ships in 3-5 days, but it actually got delivered to my home 2 days after I ordered it.

Same here. My MBP 08 Unibody came from PA and was suppose to arrive in 7 days. I ordered around the Christmas holiday, and it got here in 2 days.
