How to find the threads posted or replied by myself?
As I need to know how are the threads going.
Some forums provide the function that you can easiy "View your posts", "View posts since last visit", "View unanswered posts".

I think the first function "View your posts" is nessecary.

Click on your name to the left and select "find more posts"
You can also view your profile and find your posts and threads you have started
Take a look at the Quick Links on the menu bar to find your profile quickly
Or you can find it from your name at the left too

You can also subscribe to threads

How to find my posts quickly

Thanks for your kind help.
I know how to find now.
After logging in the forum, click the "User CP" and you can change any information about the acount. But by clicking the user name which must include a link you'll get the username's profile information, except managing the account.

That's to say, User CP is different from user's profile.

A few forums I visit have the username in the box with the pm/last visit info a link to your profile.

If this is something that everybody does (I know I do), can we think about adding "Posts By Me" into the Quick Links menu? That'll save one step from going to "My Profile" from Quick Links and then doing the "search for posts" link myself.

Well, it's a good idea.
Maybe the moderate can take it to consideration.
