Ok so I have waited and waited trying to read through various forums to find what I can do to fix my heat problem but i have found nothing. i have already downloaded smc fans, and its at 6000 rpm, but 200 degrees F???? wow! I honestly dont know what else to do, someone, anyone! help!!

Look at Activity Monitor, select SHOW ALL PROCESSES and sort by CPU to see what process makes your CPU get this hot.

Ok with the activity monitor, I have heard about that and I just have no idea how to fix that. Would you mind telling me what to do step by step. and/or how to check what is making the computer run hot? thanks!
You sort of answered your own question with that screenshot.
You have itunes open and you have limewire, both of which
are reading from disk and Limewire is probably writing to
disk. That is causing the Hard Drive temp to rise, and you also
have Safari open.
3 decent sized apps open, using scratch and reading.
It's normal. Use SMC, I keep mine at 2500-2800rpm and while
it does get hot, it is normal. It won't go overboard.

I think it's the syslogd and SecurityAgent processes running that are causing the heat up. The SecurityAgent can be fixed by rebooting. The syslogd needs investigation, since it shouldn't be that high.

Restarting/rebooting.
We're investigating the "other." Look at the possible fix above.
So not sure if I was suppose to do this or not, but i went in and just quit both syslog and security agent and its running at 130 degrees now? is this a problem?
Who knows. You turned off system files.
Why was your first response to do what you did though, even when no one told you to do that? I offered you a solution. Try that for now, nothing else.
Well you kinda told me to do some of it. that link you gave me told me to quit the syslogd. And when i did that it just kept coming back so i tried quitting boht and they both went away. and the temperature problem went away, so i sort of took your solution and improvised.
The solution talked about Time Machine first though. Did you do what it said there?
I thought you said you had temps of 130 degrees C?
What's you Activity Monitor look like now?
