87w power supply / cable 2017 pro

the reviews for the 87W Apple power adapter don't look good- no flip up cord management etc. I am in need of a good power supply for the new 2017 pro 15 inch - can someone please offer suggestion- thx, Rick

I'm not convinced that the "no flip up cord management" is a negative. I have always thought that was a terrible design.
Perhaps OK for control, but also easily damages the cord when wound too tight. (very common to see that damage - kinky, stretched cords with broken wires inside.)

The Finsix Dart-C claims to support the 15-inch MBPro, with slightly slower charging --- nice looking unit, IMHO.

Nothing better than Apple’s. They’re incredibly over-engineered (in a good way). Upon connection to your MacBook there are hundreds of separate communications between the charger and the MacBook to check safety and other things. They even have (silent) firmware updates!
