I have 13inch MacBook Pro early 2011 model. In Istat menu, my cycles count are 88 and health is 87% . Should I be concerned??

thats sounds good, might jsut be iStat giving bad info or your SMC thats making the reading inacurate

have you tried coconut battery to see what it shows for a health reading

Battery health will fluctuate up and down by several %. One day it might say 87%, the next it might say 93%. I wouldn't be concerned unless it's steadily, rapidly going down.

It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) fluctuates up or down over time. For further details, read the CHECKING STATUS AND HEALTH section of the following link.

This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

iStat doesn't give bad info. It reports exactly what the Mac reports. If anything, coconutBattery has known issues with accuracy, so I would trust iStat Pro more.
