I just hooked up a Benq BenQ V2200 Eco (21.5") to my girlfriends Mac Pro, and for some reason OSX doesn't offer to set it the output to 1080p, the monitor's native resolution. The Geforce 8800 GT should be more than capable of outputting 1080p, no? Am I missing an important step here somewhere? The picture looks fine with the other resolution too (1600x900 or something, I need to double-check), but the fonts are all blurry and fuzzy.

What are we doing wrong?

EDIT: Nevermind, found it! I just never checked the TOP of the list of available resolutions, where it was listed as 1080p. Was always looking for 1920x1080 at the BOTTOM of the list where all the HIGH resolutions are.
