It took me a while to realise what you folk's did. I mean, I noticed that it was a Windows logo, but thought that the poster did that on purpose for April Fool's; not MacRumors changing their : apple : to be a Windows logo . Awesome job folk's.

Yeah, I noticed that. At first I thought it was due to the webpage for getting those nonsense sentences, but later just figured Arn or Doctor Q were playing around. It might be a nice feature to add though. Save typing for those "special" threads.

Yep. Look at the tagline under the MacRumors Logo: "Slanted News and Rumors you Care About."

Here's the technical reason for the slanted images:

CSS3 applied to the img tag:

-moz-transform:rotate(0.5deg);

Of course webkit has essentially the same transform property for Safari and Chrome.
