The way it usually works is that you create a thread and report it, asking it to become a thread.
Wanna save the moderators a few seconds per report? When you report a thread or post that should be merged into another thread, provide a link to that thread.

In this case it's unclear which thread should be merged into which; since they're all saying the same useless thing. The idea is to create a thread similar to the "I'm waiting for Arrandale" or "I just got/bought/ordered my MBP" thread so we have something to link to.
If it's not obvious you don't have to puzzle it out. But often there's a huge active thread and a few tiny threads that ought to be merged into it.
