I use my iPhone almost exclusively in portrait mode, and expected to do the same on the iPad, but now that I've actually got it, I find landscape mode much more satisfying to use.
How about you?

I know I'll be using it landscape most of the time because that's how I draw. I feel like it's more natural because a computer screen is landscape.

Landscape for typing, gaming documents. Portrait for email and also a mix of the two for web browsing.

I was about to make the same thread. :)

I find that Im using it almost exclusively in landscape mode as website text is too small in portrait. In landscape I can see the whole site with no need to zoom in.

I'm in the minority I guess as I prefer portrait when ever possible.

Almost exclusively landscape, but sometimes portrait for iBooks.

On a side note, I really hate that The Daily makes you rotate the iPad to see all of it's content, because sometimes an article can only be seem in portrait. When I'm reading with the iPad in it's case setup in landscape, it's really a hassle to to switch it around.

I'm exclusively landscape, unless the app I am using dictates I can't based on their presentation......

Love the iPad in landscape, to me it's perfect that way! (with the Apple case that is);)
