Hello again everyone. I was about to say what the heck Verizon with this 8am preorder, but from what I’m seeing is that the new release time now?

I hope so. I hated waking up at 3AM my time. Now that it’s 8 AM, I have plenty of time to prepare. Also i am not prep-ordering the iPhone. Next year......Maybe

If you have to work at 8am then 3am might be preferred since not everyone is able to preorder from work.

I like it. The wake up in the middle of the night thing was novel. But with it being a pretty standard release do it at a decent hour. And now that you can easily upgrade from your phone, as opposed to the old days of fighting to log on to a desktop site, you can pretty much order from anywhere.

Being on the west coast I prefer the midnight time. Easier to stay awake another hour then to get up earlier, but I can see why they changed it because 3am must've sucked for east coasters.

I think the crowd was less at 3am. Good luck this year at 8am. LOL. Everyone seems to be going after green, so pick something else.
