8GB 1066 ECC rame will work?

I just want to verify that this ram will work. It is available from Buy.com for about half of what OWC is charging. I am running a mid 2010 2.8 quad core (planning on upgrading to a Hex so would be good to confirm it will work with that as well.

I'm running 6 of these in a 2009 (patched). If your running a 2010 with hex cores, you may want to consider the 1333's.
