Hi all

At the moment, i've got a 4GB iPod Nano (first gen) and after deciding not to get an iPhone, i've settled on an iPod touch. But... I really dont know which size to go for.

At the moment, my itunes library is 5.36GB with music and podcasts. I havent downloaded any tv shows or ripped any movies yet, but I think I might do thisin the future. How many meg is a tv show roughly?

Pricewise I am leaning towards the 8Gb but just to effectively "future proof" myself I feel I should go for the 16gb.

Any advice would be really appreciated!

TV shows and movies from Apple tend to be about 500-600MB/hr, ± a bit.

Go 16 - Video takes up a lot of space, you'll be glad you did down the road.

Also, if you have a lot of pictures, that can add up too...
