8GB or 16GB Based on this Activity Monitor Grab?

I quickly edited a ~30 second clip in Premiere & After Effects CS5.5.

I took a screenshot of the activity monitor while the video was exporting (rendering 1080p AVCHD into H.264)

Would you recommend I upgrade to 16GB, or will 8GB be sufficient for my needs?

(13" Early 2011 Base MBP upgraded with a 128GB Crucial M4)

8GB will be sufficient.

8 GB seems to be fine, as you only had page outs of less than 2 GB.
