Should this be tackled at home? What software is needed (PPc G4)? The volume isn't large but I have about 4 or 5 videos I made around 1996 that I want to view and preserve. The camera died long ago, but it was Analog 8mm.
It seems as if not having a playback method I should look for a shop or service that does this sort of work. Any ideas?
