9.1 beta to new iPhone 6s

I love the new 9.1 beta one my iPhone 6. Planning to get the new 6s plus.

I stupidly did not do a iTunes back up before upgrading to 9.1. Now I don't have a iOS 8 back up.

Will the new 6s have the 9.1 beta available to install at launch?

Otherwise I will need to start fresh. I guess that's Ok except would I lose all my iMessage threads when I start new or is this kept in iCloud separate from back up??
