So apple.com states that we can make appointments starting at 12:01am PST to set up our Apple Payment Plan in store. Does anyone know any more detail from this? Is the store going to be open starting at 12:01am PST for pre-orders or do appointment times start during normal operating hours?

Also, is it confirmed that we cannot do Apple Payment program via online preorder?
