iPhone 9.2 beta 4 - No Profiles & Device Management

I've just come back from overseas using a different SIM, and my mobile internet isn't working. I know I need to access Profiles & Device Management, and when i search in Settings this comes up as an option, however when I click the search result it simply takes me into General, and the actual section isn't there. Anyone else seen this?

FWIW, that's how it works in 9.1, too.
