9.3.2 Beta 3 Bug Fixes, Improvements, Issues

iOS 9.3.2 beta 3

Bugs:

• Spotlight landscape keyboard (flip animation) bug has survived since iOS 9.0 (Affects iPhone 6/6S Plus and iPads)
• Tips app constant crashes

Fixes/Improvements:

• Random UI stuttering has reduced. (Back to 9.3.2 Beta 1 levels) (a user claims there might be related to automatic brightness adjustment. When brightness is being adjusted automatically, stutter begins. When done, iOS goes back to normal)
• Lag reduced by 50% on Spotlight Search
• Safari is snappier
• No Animation bug has been fixed

Yay, Apple gave me a beta for my birthday. I assume the beta fixes the stutter issues we've been having.

This geek bench multi core score is about 300 less than the previous beta. This should mean better battery life but not sure yet

Thank god for that. My iPhone 6 Plus has been lagging since the last beta.

Re-test this in a few hours, and after a power cycle. Testing immediately after an install can result in inconsistent results.

I am able to reliably reproduce frame drops while auto-brightness is adjusting on my 6s. The adjustment seems to happen on a faster curve than before, which could be why it may appear resolved.

Could simply be refactoring or fixing unrelated issues (maybe related TrueTone display?) have caused unintended regressions.

stutters are gone away for 5s? fluid as 9.3.1 ? i'll update depending on stutter fix 🙂

by the way no new beta for watch and osX. the last week's beta may be the GM seed for them.. and beta 3 for iOS

Stutter has definitely decreased on my 6s and Air 2. Still there but only like 1/10th as bad.

A little bit more than 9.3.1. But I will be completely fine with it as long as the battery of 9.3.2B2 remains. Because it was awful on 9.3.1.
