9.3.2 brightness bug?

I've searched to find my issue, but others seem to be having the opposite problem I do. Ever since I updated to 9.3.2 about three weeks ago, my phone will not return from full brightness unless I toggle auto brightness off and back on. It happens when using apps that display qr and barcodes that boost the screen to full brightness. Normally, the screen would return to normal after dismissing the code, but ever since 9.3.2 it doesn't. I thought it was isolated to one app (and therefore a problem with that app), but it does it on all the others. Anyone else having this issue?

I hesitate to do a restore and will probably just deal with it and wait until 9.3.3 to see if that fixes it. It's still annoying, though.

Well, months later, this problem has still not been fixed for me. Through 9.3.5, the issue remained. I've wiped and restored a few times. It is also present on my iPhone 7 running 10.0.2.

So, this should go under iPhone instead?
