My iPhone 6s+ now takes about 5 seconds to unlock. It takes about 5 seconds for the screen to unfreeze. Touch ID doesn't work for about 5 seconds, same with passcode unlock. The screen is just frozen. The s happens about every other time I try to unlock. The other times is works normally.

Anyone else having problems on 9.3 with screen unlock?

I did a reset but that didn't help.

I noticed a delay on my 6s. & also my Touch ID doesn't work as good as it did before and I tried deleting and retrying but it doesn't work as good. Before it would always work.

No issues with Touch ID here on the 6s.
[doublepost=1458615168][/doublepost]Does this happen after a reboot? Because then that's probably normal.

Na it's after the reboot. Like after I put my passcode in. It's not good as before. It was always working like 99.9% of the time now it works sometimes.

Today it seems fine. It must have been some indexing or other processing with the new update.

Absolutely no issues here. For those with issues you may want to try a Reset All Settings.

My 4S takes about 3-4 seconds to wake up after locking. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Other than that, there is literally no change from 9.2.1 to 9.3 on my 4S
