9.3 Game performance degradation

Anyone else noticing more stuttering in games which used to run flawlessly on 9.2.1?

I have a few games here that never gave me an issue until I upgraded to 9.3. Now these games have micro stuttering and it's really annoying.

It doesn't matter if I'm on my new iPad mini 4 or my iPhone 6.

I complained about it originally when I first saw it happen in the 9.3 beta 1, but nobody cared. Now the final version is out and it's exactly the same. Before you say anything... yes, I did submit a bug report on it.

I'm playing Assasin's Creed: Identity and the performance is the same for me on 9.3 than it was on 9.2.1
